Let me, a Certified CMS (Court of Master Sommeliers) and Diploma WSET holder, guide you and explain everything you need to know about the unique wines of this region.

In a 1:30-hour tasting workshop, you will learn about the region of Bordeaux and its appellations, the different soils and wine classifications, how to read a label, winegrowing and winemaking techniques, the grapes used and the specific blends that make Bordeaux’s special wines.

We will taste a selection of 4 wines (1 Sparkling – Crémant de Bordeaux, 1 White Wine and 2 Red Wines) paired with a platter of different French cheeses.

Let your senses be enlightened and discover the aromas and flavours that make Bordeaux’s wines so famous.
