Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter \u201cGTCS\u201d) govern all bookings of tours and services offered by <em>Bordeaux : Tours &amp; Wine<\/em> (hereinafter \u201cthe Company\u201d).<br>Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Booking and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.1 Deposit and Balance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A deposit of <strong>20% of the total amount<\/strong> is required at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining balance must be paid <strong>no later than 7 days prior to the service date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For bookings made less than 14 days before the service, <strong>full payment is required immediately<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2 Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments may be made via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit card (secure payment via Stripe)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any bank charges, particularly for international transfers, remain the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation fees apply as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>More than 30 days before the service<\/strong>: 80% refund of the total amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Between 30 days and 7 days before the service<\/strong>: 50% refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Less than 7 days before the service<\/strong>: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The initial deposit is refundable under the above conditions, excluding any bank or transfer fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No cancellation or assistance insurance is included in the price. Clients are strongly advised to subscribe to personal travel insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No refund shall be granted in the event of missing or invalid travel documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Modification or Cancellation by the Company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel a service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traffic conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force majeure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational constraints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, an alternative solution or price adjustment may be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any modification requested by the client during the service may result in additional charges, payable immediately or at the end of the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Conduct and Responsibilities (Wine Tours &amp; Transport)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.1 Passenger Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under the influence of alcohol or drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whose behavior endangers safety, the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.2 Damage and Cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any damage caused to the vehicle by a client must be paid immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of soiling of the vehicle, a <strong>cleaning fee of \u20ac50<\/strong> will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If unpaid on-site, an invoice will be issued and must be settled upon receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.3 Minors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accompanying adult is fully responsible for their behavior and any damage caused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The legal drinking age in France is <strong>18 years old<\/strong>, and compliance is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.4 Prohibited Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consumption of alcohol not provided as part of the tour is prohibited in vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company shall not be held liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loss or theft of personal belongings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays caused by external factors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure of the client to comply with legal or administrative requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR \/ RGPD)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR &#8211; Regulation (EU) 2016\/679) and applicable French data protection laws:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.1 Data Collection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data collected (Full name, full address and contact details) is necessary for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Booking management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.2 Data Usage and Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data is retained only for the time necessary for the purposes stated above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment data is handled securely via certified providers (e.g., Stripe)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.3 User Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients have the following rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Right of access, rectification, and erasure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to restriction and objection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to data portability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests may be sent to: <strong>contact@bordeauxtoursandwine.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.4 Data Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security and confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These GTCS are governed by French law.<br>Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.
